1- You must know what you want to achieve and in how many days, week or months. Simply how many kilos you want to lose and in how many days, this will help keep you focus in what you want to achieve. Just deciding to lose weight and jumping into any program someone suggest to you might not help. Do not set high goals, it is possible to lose 10 kilos in 30 days but do you have the time to commit to the program. Be patient with yourself but don't be lazy.

2- Choose a diet plan that will suit and fit your lifestyle. If you choose a diet plan that requires cooking and food preparation this means more hard work from you, and this can be implemented only if you have plenty of time on your hand. 5- Control your hunger with water, fruits, vegetable sticks and nuts instead of full meal. Never snack on processed snacks or French fries. Processed food will always make you eat more because of flavoring.

6- Take your dinner always two hours before going to bed. Soup with lots of vegetables and pulses especially parley is a good option. When you woke up the next day and you are hungry that means your dinner was not too much.

7- Focus on food that is rich in monounsaturated fats, they are not lower in calories but healthier and some expert say monounsaturated fats help with weight loss, specially with losing belly fat.

8- Motivate yourself & get family or friend support. Doing it alone might be hard and trying to bringing in a friend or family member will be a great help. If you a friend who is interested in healthy living and losing weight then form a team with her, if your husband is interested in sport then exercise with him.

9- Eat consistently instead of erratically and your metabolism rate will not slow down.

10- Remember it is all about balancing your diet. Your body needs carbohydrates, proteins and fat.

The weight loss increase is a well-planned propaganda. People still are kept in ignorance due to commercialism, and lying is backed by these schemes. Rush Limbaugh, the talk show radio host of KFI AM, says the four deceptive institutions are "Academia, Science, Government, and Media." Medicine can go under the umbrella of science.

Losing weight frightens most people when people are well plumped. When these people are seen, they will say, "you look healthy". The ignorance lies in a character of the substance that composes a certain proportion of the weight of many people. This is due to the body type and bone structure of an individual determines the weight of the person. This is followed by the erroneous belief, arising from false teaching, as to keep the weight up to a good-size figure believing it has beneficial effect on their health.

Medical doctors want you to stuff your body with food to keep the weight up. Sick people should eat freely and frequently of "good, nourishing food". These Medical Doctors still believe the systems will disappear if the weight is put on again. If a person has tuberculosis of the lungs feeding the person several times a day with meat, milk and eggs must stop the weight loss.

My associates treated a twelve-year-old girl suffering from consumption. Their popular line is that it runs in the family. I was brought up this way. What runs in the family is the love of eating and habit of setting a good table also runs in the family.

A fasting man will not grow fat. When the author has fasted for some time, and people notice a weight lost, they encourage me to eat. During the aid crisis in the seventies, when I was fasting for two months and having a large noticeable weight loss when working in the public sector, people would ask me if I were sick. The list goes on and they do not promote obesity. Other personalities trying to take the unwanted weight off are Valerie Bertinellie and Marie Osmond.

Obesity brings on pain, disability, inefficiency and shortened life. Luther Vandross, the late R&B singer had a weight problem that cause hypertension, and a stroke that killed him. This obesity can be avoided early, or cured easily in the early stages. Arnold S. has tried to make a difference here with our youth. You can add thirty years to an individual.

Obesity decreases and weakens the powers of resistance to infectious disease. The fleshy person as all physicians know is the worst of all prospects for colds, and influenza. You will not find a surgeon who dreads to operate upon a fat person. If your abdomen protrudes more at the age of 35 or 40, then it did when at 17 or 19 years when physically active in high school days of sports, you are carrying in your anatomy, a large amount of putrefying waste, being both dangerous and weakening. Their mass of weight is generating deadly poisons, and one day their body will say "enough already!"

Astounding fact: Postmortem examinations reveal the walls of the large bowel of most people are coated with a layer of rotting waste, ranging from one fourth of an inch in thickness. Some incidences of the morbid matter lining of the walls of the colon was found to be as hard as wood, and contained live maggots diligently at work.

We have mentioned the late actor John Wayne, who had 48 pounds of putrefying filth found in his large intestine. Also in his body we know that more pounds of filthy waste were lodged in cells, tissues, and joints. John Wayne did not appear to be fat for his large frame. He was a good looking man and admired for over forty years as a superstar. The morbid matter of Mr. Wayne should have been in the sewer instead of in his body.

A friend of mind whose mother is in her seventies and obese, has many medical problems. He has tried, but the mother has made her choice, and she is immobile. It is too late to do anything, he says. Listen up my friend, any obese person attending a diet of uncooked fruit would quickly lose half the weight freeing the body of the amount of poisonous putrefying filth.

Man only survives by knowledge. Yet man for tradition and superstition rejects knowledge; this rules every human action. A large waistline does not bring on health, as doctors of the medical world would have you believe, and have taught a large waistline indicates that abdomen is healthy if bloated with morbid matter. Our health and morbidity of matter cannot abide in the same body at the same time, as the whole medical world asserts.

Constipation

An enlarged waistline and constipation go together. As one increases so does the other. The large bowel, called the colon, is the place for constipation. Do you every wonder why your gas is so foul? Let us find out why this is so. The habitat of constipation is the largest bowel, call the colon. We will call this The Great Sewer of the system.

All sewers must be kept clean for proper function for the steady stream of waste and refuse, and if complied will not be able to pass through the proper channels. They must find a passage. What occurs is the accumulation of waste; overflow, flooding other parts, and seeping into places where it will do great and often irreparable injury. Take a look at what passes through our human sewer, in the name of food and drink. My dear friend is suffering from indigestion. He discloses of taking all kinds of over the counter pills, as advertised that guaranteed to "cure" his complaints. John lives a conventional style, eating modernized foods; foods consisting of dead and decaying flesh, just like the flesh found at McDonald's, and in the markets. Flesh begins to decay the moment life leaves the body.

The markets, eateries, and as you do at home, take the flesh either pickled, peppered, salted, sugared, smoked, spiced, canned, and ground into sausage. Most of the time the sausage is seasoned with all kinds of condiments until its real identity is lost due to the flavor. This process is necessary in order to sell flesh, so old and diseased that it cannot be sold by any other style and eaten by you at home.

Now there is hash which includes all the remnants of various foods left from several meals, chipped, salted, peppered, vinegar, grease, and mixed together till no one, not knowing, can tell what it is compared. I never did like this when my mother put it on the table. My senses told me this was not to be eaten.

Now the other bad foods consist of breads and cakes, made of white flour that has been robbed by the miller of its principle body sustaining elements, and mixed with milk, baking powder, soda, salt, sugar, butter, grease, and baked till it is dry and dead.

Our next bad food are gravies we thought so tasty, delicious over our decaying turkey. This gravy is made of denatured flour, milk, water, grease, butter, salt vinegar, pepper, stirred, and cooked into a splendid paste that can be used for other things to hang items.

We crown our best chief as the one who can concoct the most abominable mixtures. Look at the countless cookbooks. Any body can write a cookbook. Most of the cookbooks do not adhere to proper food combination and break the law of adding protein, starches, and sugar, just like McDonald's.

Let us look at the tea, coffee, cocoa, soft drinks, and intoxicants. How about those between meal snack, such as candy, ice cream, peanuts, popcorn, lunches, tobacco, etc. Analysis our trace of this badly digested, denatured, decayed, concentrated, fermenting, mixture along its cause from stomach through the small bowel and into the colon. Most people have experienced the strong stench of the carcass of a dead animal, rotting by the roadside. We must stop our nostrils as we pass, to keep the fearful odor from us. This is far less offensive and repulsive than our awful mixture of festering filth found in a clogged colon. Most of us as children have witnessed vomit of our peers, and considered it very obnoxious, but the putrefying waste in the sewer of the average individual compares to a bowel of fragrant vegetable soup.

We carry this filth in our body from year to year. Not many people know of colon-irrigation, or have had an enema, or had a fast. I have seen medical people break the law of improper food combining, and mixing starches, proteins, and sugars. They do this day in a day our through out the years. Look at the nurses who are obese.

Another look at the American diet is in the supermarket. Most people do not know how to shop for healthy food. There is the question of organic verses inorganic. We will cover this issue at a later date.
Understanding your produce section is very important to the shopper. If you want to be lean, understand the green machine.
